Public Comment
There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged in advance of the meeting.
State law prohibits electioneering at City facilities. During Public Comment, speakers cannot campaign for or against candidates or support or oppose any ballot measure in any upcoming election.

The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker.
The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings.
